HOME-ARP Program

The State of Oklahoma received a one-time allocation in HOME Investment Partnerships American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP) funds to provide housing and supportive services to at-risk individuals, including those who are experiencing homelessness.  This program also serves individuals at risk of homelessness who are fleeing, or attempting to flee, domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, or human trafficking.

Tenant-Based Rental Assistance (TBRA)

As part of the HOME-ARP Program, OHFA works with organizations across the state to offer rental assistance to vulnerable residents. Recipients of HOME-ARP TBRA vouchers are referred by one of these organizations. Approximately $5 million has been allocated for this purpose.

Families who are experiencing or at-risk of homelessness, fleeing domestic violence or human trafficking, and eligible Veterans may be eligible.

Eligible applicants may receive up to 24 months of assistance. Applicants must contact an agency listed below in their service area to apply for assistance. OHFA does not accept applications for the HOME-ARP TBRA program.
