When the Oklahoma State Legislature entrusted OHFA with the Oklahoma Housing Stability Program, they emphasized the new construction of brand new homes in rural Oklahoma.
The Courts at Montevino, a 20-home neighborhood in Kingfisher, combines rural charm with modern living. These beautiful 3 & 4 bedroom homes, starting in the $230s, were made possible by the Oklahoma Housing Stability Program.
Tivoli Homes, LLC received a 0% interest construction loan from the program to build 20 houses.
Featuring both single-story and two-story floor plans, the homes range from 1,639 to 1,832 square feet. Features include vaulted ceilings, walk-in master closets, and modern touches. Each home has a two-car garage.
Buyers of homes built through the Oklahoma Housing Stability Program can take advantage of additional down payment assistance from OHFA. Grants of 5% of the total loan amount for down payment and closing costs will be made available to buyers purchasing homes produced through the program. This is in addition to OHFA's existing 3.5% down payment assistance.
