CallMax Service Streamlines Rental Assistance Communications

Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency’s Rental Assistance team is now using a new communication platform called Callmax to help us notify Housing Choice Voucher clients about upcoming appointments.

What this means for you

  • Customers will begin receiving important messages by phone, text, or email.
  • These messages may include appointment reminders, program announcements, and information about income reexams.
  • All messages will come from our official Callmax communication system and are intended to help customers stay up to date with rental assistance appointments.

Please make sure your contact information is current, so you don’t miss anything important. Information can be updated from the AssistanceConnect portal.

Phone calls through CallMax will come from 770-800-8704. Text messages will come from 888-890-4384. Emails will come from [email protected].

Please be sure to add these to your safe senders lists and address books.
