Pivot Opens Tiny Home Community for Youth

By OHFA Communications

Youth at risk of homelessness now have a beautiful, stable place to call home.

OHFA provided $1.3 million from the National Housing Trust Fund to Pivot, Inc. for the construction of 20 tiny homes. This community provides much-needed affordable housing on the Pivot campus for youth ages 18-24 living independently. Each Tiny Home is furnished with a bed, small kitchen, eating area, and a bathroom. Pivot worked with architects and designers to create living spaces as unique as those who call them home.

OHFA celebrated an Open House with Pivot as they prepared to pull out the welcome mat for the community's first residents.
