Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency has $4.5 million in 2021 National Housing Trust Fund (NHTF) Program Year funds remaining and is currently accepting applications.
The deadline for submitting applications is June 24, 2022.
Those applications will be considered at the September 21, 2022 meeting of OHFA’s Board of Trustees.
Applications in conjunction with Affordable Housing Tax Credits applications will be considered.
The National Housing Trust Fund Program for the State of Oklahoma is for rental projects only and can only serve households at 30% of Area Median Income or the poverty level, whichever is greater.
