OKLAHOMA HOUSING TRUST FUND

OVERVIEW

The Oklahoma Housing Trust Fund program provides affordable rental and homeownership options for low and moderate-income households.

The OHTF spurs development in rural communities. Between 65% and 75% of available funding must be used in counties where the population is 490,000 or less.

Eligible applicants include local governments, non-profits, for-profits, Public Housing Authorities, and tribal entities.

Application Materials & Program Resources

Rental and homeownership properties are for tenants or homeowners up to 120% of the area median income.

All applications must be uploaded to OHFA's Dropbox system.
