Tax Credit Program Offers Housing Options
OHFA's Affordable Housing Tax Credit program expands the supply of new affordable rental units and rehabilitates existing rental housing. OHFA offers both federal and state tax credits.
OKLAHOMA CITY—At its Nov. 19 meeting, the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency Board of Trustees voted to award Affordable Housing Tax Credits as part of its second and final funding period of 2025.
Approvals for 9% Tax Credits
- The Dominion on Reno Ave. - West, Oklahoma City - new construction of 27 units
- Marietta Highland Trails II, Marietta - new construction of 28 units
- Villas at Lions Court II, Blanchard - new construction of 38 units
- Parkland Townhomes, Prague - rehabilitation of 32 units for elderly residents
- Savannah Park of Tahlequah, Tahlequah - acquisition and rehabilitation of 77 units
- West Oak Village, Bethany - new construction of 43 units
- West Oak Village, Skiatook - rehabilitation of 40 units for elderly residents
- Chickasha Flats, Chickasha - acquisition and rehabilitation of 48 units for elderly residents
- Gardenia Apartments, Phase I, Edmond - new construction of 45 units
- The Summit at 36N, Tulsa - new construction of 46 units
- Skiatook Flats, Phase II, Skiatook - new construction of 40 units
In addition to 9% credits, Eastbrook Apartments received state credits for the acquisition and rehabilitation of 30 units in Cushing.
Approval for 4% Tax Credits
- The Summit at 36N, Tulsa - construction of 46 units
- Brookhaven Plaza, Bartlesville and Park Place Apartments, McAlester - acquisition and rehabilitation of 240 units
In addition to 4% credits, The Scott, Oklahoma City, received state tax credits for the construction of 184 units in Oklahoma City.
