A brand-new community geared toward Veterans and other qualified residents has opened in west Oklahoma City.
Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency invested $32 million in Multifamily Bonds, $1.85 million in federal Affordable Housing Tax Credits, and $1.3 million in Oklahoma Housing Tax Credits to make the 171 rental homes in Chisholm Springs possible.
Located at SW 15th and Morgan Road, the homes in Chisholm Springs are affordable three and four bedroom rentals for income-qualified residents.
