Updated 2025 HOME Program Processes, Procedures, and Topical Guidance
Members of the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency’s compliance, allocation, and finance teams attended a five-week HUD sponsored cohort training in Kansas City as it relates to the homeownership portion of the HOME Investment Partnerships program.
This training provided insights into the down-payment assistance and direct homebuyer subsidy aspects of the HOME program. As a result, we have compiled a set of policies and procedures specific to this activity.
To cut down on redundant or outdated procedures regarding down payment assistance and homebuyer direct subsidy, the 2025 HOME Program Processes, Procedures, and Topical Guidance have also been updated.
We understand that this activity-specific guidance is not the typical type of guidance OHFA provides. We would be happy to provide technical assistance upon request to help subrecipients succeed in administering this program.
