The Integrated Disbursement and Information System (IDIS) is currently experiencing a system-wid-e outage that affects OHFA's ability to create and approve vouchers. As a result, all payments will be delayed until further notice. We are in contact with HUD for updates and will notify grantees when more information becomes available. This system impacts HOME, HOME-ARP, HOME-ARP TBRA, HOPWA and NHTF grantees.
