New affordable housing development under construction in downtown OKC
The 214-unit affordable housing community will be downtown Oklahoma City's largest.
We visited with KFOR-TV's Sydnee Batzlaff about the development made possible with Affordable Housing Tax Credits and Multifamily Bonds. With an anticipated open date of summer 2026, the apartments will serve residents earning between 30%-80% of the Area Median Income.
Development partners include Rose Rock Development and Belmont Development Company, LLC.
