Public Hearing: Permanent Rules for the Housing Stability Program
As a part of the rulemaking process for the Oklahoma Housing Stability Program, OHFA will be holding a public hearing on February 16 to receive comments on the proposed structure and content of the proposed Permanent Rules.

Blue Ribbon Realtors Continuing Education Class
In this course, we'll share how down payment and/or closing cost assistance makes buying a home more affordable to both first-time and repeat buyers across the state. This course is approved for two hours of continuing education credit as a finance elective with the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission. Each session is limited to 35 attendees.
