The Formal Public Input Session for the 2026 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) will be held on Wednesday August 20, 2025 from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM CST at the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency, 100 Northwest 63rd Street, Board Room East and West, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73116.
We will be covering the first draft of the 2026 QAP.
The First Draft of the 2026 Tax Credit Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) has been posted to the OHFA website.
Please submit any comments, ideas, suggestions, or observations you have for the 2026 Tax Credit Qualified Allocation Plan (“QAP”) via email to [email protected] and [email protected] by 12:00 PM on Friday, August 1.
2026 QAP Approval Timeline
- A second draft of the 2026 QAP will be posted by August 11. Comments on this second draft will be accepted through 5:00 p.m. August 20.
- The Formal Public Input Session for the 2026 QAP will be held on Wednesday August 20 at 10 a.m.at the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency, 100 Northwest 63rd Street, Board Room East and West, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73116.
- A final draft of the proposed changes to the 2026 QAP will be posted on September 1.
- This final draft will be taken to the September 24 Trustees meeting for approval.
