The Oklahoma Affordable Housing Act of 2014 authorizes OHFA to award Oklahoma Affordable Housing Tax Credits (OAHTC) to developments placed in service after July 1, 2015. Developers may use State Tax Credits in conjunction with either 4% or 9% federal tax credits. State Tax Credits are made available to developments located in all Oklahoma counties. Nearly 6,000 units of affordable housing have been created across the state as a result.
