Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency staff members accept the 2022 Annual Award for Program Excellence from the National Conference of State Housing Agencies.

The National Council of State Housing Agencies (NCSHA) recognized Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency's 2021 Annual Report as part of its 2022 Annual Awards for Program Excellence.

With the theme "Connecting Housing and Hope," the annual report serves as a way to draw attention to the impact of the Agency.

“These award-winning programs demonstrate how the state housing finance agencies are rising to meet this most demanding moment in housing affordability, with resourcefulness and ingenuity,” said NCSHA Executive Director Stockton Williams.

Established in 1984, NCSHA’s Annual Awards for Program Excellence identify and elevate industry best practices and encourage continued HFA innovation. Member HFAs are eligible to submit initiatives for consideration in seven categories: Communications, Homeownership, Legislative Advocacy, Management Innovation, Rental Housing, Special Achievement, and Special Needs Housing. In 2022, 40 HFAs submitted entries in this program.
