DESCRIPTION:The Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) is proposing certain changes to the Chapter 30: Multifamily Housing Bond Program Rules for the year 2022.  Drafts of the proposed rule changes will be accessible on the OHFA website at www.ohfa.org on February 1\, 2021.  The public will be able to comment on the proposed Rule changes at the following virtual formal public hearing: \nThursday\, March 4\, 2021\n9:00 a.m.\nHeld via Zoom (details to be published on OHFA website)                    \n  \nAdditionally\, written comments will also be accepted through 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday\, March 3\, 2021. \n  \nAll written comments on the Rules should be forwarded to: \nDanette Carr \nHousing Development Allocation Supervisor \ndanette.carr@ohfa.org \n  \nOr \n  \nCorey Bornemann \nHousing Development Allocation Analyst \ncorey.bornemann@ohfa.org \n  \nThe address for mailing written comments is OHFA\, P.O. Box 26720\, Oklahoma City\, OK 73126-0720.  \n  \nAdoption of the proposed Rules will be by OHFA’s Board of Trustees at the March 17\, 2021 OHFA Board meeting. \n  \nJust as an explanation\, OHFA intends the Rules to be the broad framework of the Program.  Details on implementation and specific activity requirements will be detailed in the Application Packet.  Also\, new material is represented by underlines and deletions are represented by strike-throughs.
