SUMMARY:HOME\, NHTF\, HOPWA Informal Input Session
DESCRIPTION:2024 Consolidated Plan Input Sessions \nHOME\, National HTF\, and HOPWA \nAs of this date\, OHFA has not developed proposed Action Plans for the use of the State’s 2024 HOME Investment Partnerships Program\, National Housing Trust Fund (NHTF) or Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) funds allocations.  All ideas will be considered and all comments are welcome.  These Action Plans will be submitted to the Oklahoma Department of Commerce (ODOC) by September 19. ODOC is the lead agency for the Consolidated Planning Process. \n2024 will be the first year of a new Five-Year Consolidated Plan.  This input session will cover potential changes to HOME\, NHTF and HOPWA for the 2024 Program Year.  Comments and suggestions regarding the Five-Year Plan in general may be submitted to Danette Carr at OHFA. \nOHFA does not have any proposed changes to the HOME or HOPWA Programs.  For NHTF\, we propose that the award will no longer be a forgivable loan. SUMMARY:HOME\, NHTF\, HOPWA Public Input Session
The award will be a deferred loan\, the first payment due will be in year 16 from cash flow. \nAt this public input session we are open to any comments and suggestions about any of the programs. \nPublic Input Session\nAugust 24\, 2023\n10:00 a.m.\nOHFA Board Room\n100 N.W. 63rd Street\nWe will also be holding the meeting via Zoom. Please register for this option.                                                                                                                             \nPublic Hearing                      TBA
