DESCRIPTION:NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING \nThe Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency (“OHFA”) is empowered under the Oklahoma Public Trust Act\, Title 60 Oklahoma Statutes 2021\, Sections 176 et seq.\, as amended\, and pursuant to the Trust Indenture dated as of May 1\, 1975 (as amended and restated)\, to issue mortgage revenue bonds for the purpose of funding single family home mortgage loans and homebuyers’ assistance to eligible borrowers of low and moderate income purchasing eligible residences within Oklahoma (the “State”). \nOHFA is considering the issuance pursuant to a common plan of finance of not to exceed $750\,000\,000 in aggregate principal amount of tax-exempt mortgage revenue bonds\, notes or similar forms of indebtedness (the “Bonds”) as a part of its 2024 single family housing loan program (the “Program”). Under the Program\, OHFA issues bonds for the purpose of making funds available for mortgage loans and homebuyers’ assistance to eligible persons or families of low to moderate income and to refund outstanding bonds of OHFA. It is the intention of OHFA to issue the Bonds under the Program and pursuant to one or more indentures of trust\, in one or more series and as one or more issues. \nPursuant to Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code\, OHFA is required to hold a public hearing regarding the issuance of the Bonds in furtherance of the Program. The public hearing will be convened on January 4\, 2024 at 10:00 a.m.\, in the OHFA Boardroom\, located at 100 NW 63rd Street\, Oklahoma City\, Oklahoma 73116\, and will be conducted by an authorized employee of OHFA. Interested members of the public are invited to attend the hearing and will be given the opportunity to ask questions or to make a brief statement regarding the proposed bond issuance and the plan of financing. Anyone desiring to make written comments can hand deliver them by no later than 5:00 p.m. on January 3\, 2023 to Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency\, 100 NW 63rd Street\, Oklahoma City\, Oklahoma 73116 and/or mail them to P.O. DESCRIPTION:Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency requests input regarding the 2025 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP). The QAP sets the state’s eligibility priorities and criteria for awarding tax credits. It sets forth the criteria for evaluating all projects that apply for a tax credit allocation. \nAn initial draft of the 2025 QAP is available on OHFA’s website. \n\nPlease submit all comments regarding this draft to the online discussion forum by 12:00 p.m. on August 2\nA second draft of the 2025 Application will be posted by August 9. Comments on the second draft will be accepted through 5:00 p.m. on Thursday August 21.\nThe Formal Public Input Session for the 2025 QAP will be held on Wednesday\, August 21 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency\, 100 Northwest 63rd Street\, Board Room East and West\, Oklahoma City\, Oklahoma 73116.\nA final draft of the proposed changes to the 2025 Application will be posted on September 2.\nThe finalized Application will be taken to the September 18 Board of Trustees meeting for approval.\nThe 2025 Application training session will be held in October.
