DESCRIPTION:The Formal Public Input Session for the 2026 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) will be held on Wednesday August 20\, 2025 from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM CST at the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency\, 100 Northwest 63rd Street\, Board Room East and West\, Oklahoma City\, Oklahoma 73116.   \nWe will be covering the first draft of the 2026 QAP. \nThe First Draft of the 2026 Tax Credit Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) has been posted to the OHFA website. \nFirst Draft – 2026 QAP \nPlease submit any comments\, ideas\, suggestions\, or observations you have for the 2026 Tax Credit Qualified Allocation Plan (“QAP”) via email to corey.bornemann@ohfa.org and emily.myers@ohfa.org by 12:00 PM on Friday\, August 1. \n2026 QAP Approval Timeline \n\nA second draft of the 2026 QAP will be posted by August 11. Comments on this second draft will be accepted through 5:00 p.m. August 20.\nThe Formal Public Input Session for the 2026 QAP will be held on Wednesday August 20 at 10 a.m.at the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency\, 100 Northwest 63rd Street\, Board Room East and West\, Oklahoma City\, Oklahoma 73116.\nA final draft of the proposed changes to the 2026 QAP will be posted on September 1.\nThis final draft will be taken to the September 24 Trustees meeting for approval.\n\n

It sets forth the criteria for evaluating all projects that apply for a tax credit allocation. \nAn initial draft of the 2025 QAP is available on OHFA’s website. \n\nPlease submit all comments regarding this draft to the online discussion forum by 12:00 p.m. on August 2\nA second draft of the 2025 Application will be posted by August 9. Comments on the second draft will be accepted through 5:00 p.m. on Thursday August 21.\nThe Formal Public Input Session for the 2025 QAP will be held on Wednesday\, August 21 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency\, 100 Northwest 63rd Street\, Board Room East and West\, Oklahoma City\, Oklahoma 73116.\nA final draft of the proposed changes to the 2025 Application will be posted on September 2.\nThe finalized Application will be taken to the September 18 Board of Trustees meeting for approval.\nThe 2025 Application training session will be held in October. The exact date and format will be determined at a later time.
