DESCRIPTION:Build America\, Buy America Requirements went into effect on August 23\, 2024\, and will impact awards that were made at the September Board meeting. Originally\, OHFA staff had been advised that this law would not affect our 2024 program year. However\, due to a delay in receiving our annual allocation from HUD\, we are now required to implement it. \nThe Build America\, Buy America Act requires that all of the iron\, steel\, manufactured products\, and construction materials used in infrastructure projects are produced in the United States. HUD further dictates that all housing projects undertaken with federal funds are considered infrastructure. \nPlease register to attend this webinar. \nRegistration
