The Plan provides details about OHFA’s Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program operations and services and OHFA’s strategy for handling operational concerns and participants’ concerns and needs.  A public hearing on the Annual Plan will be held at 10 a.m. on April 29\, 2026 in OHFA’s East/West Board Room\, 100 N. W. 63rd Street\, Oklahoma City\, OK 73116.
