DESCRIPTION:Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency’s Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) sets the state’s eligibility priorities and criteria for awarding tax credits. OHFA has made revisions with regards to storm shelters and how State Tax Credits will be allocated in 2023 that were discussed at the September 21\, 2022 OHFA Board of Trustees Meeting. \nVisit the OHFA website to review the final version of the QAP. \n2023 QAP Application Training will be held Thursday\, October 20 beginning at 9 a.m. at the Holiday Inn and Suites\, 6200 N. Robinson\, Oklahoma City.

Robinson\, Oklahoma City\, Oklahoma 73118.  \nDrafts of the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency’s 2023 Affordable Housing Tax Credits Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) have been posted to the OHFA website. \n\nA final draft of the proposed changes to the 2023 Application will be posted on August 24.\nThe finalized Application will be taken to the September 21 Trustees meeting for approval.\nThe 2023 Application training session will be held in October. The exact date and format will be determined at a later time.
