Currently, applicant referrals are being added to the Emergency Housing Voucher (EHV) waiting list. OHFA has a limited number of EHV vouchers and if any become available in the future, we will notify those persons placed on the EHV waiting list.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has announced OHFA's participation in the Emergency Housing Voucher (EHV) program, available through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).

HUD offers Housing Choice Vouchers to assist individuals and families who are facing homelessness or fleeing domestic violence or sexual assault.

Eligibility is determined by one of the listed participating agencies. OHFA does not accept applications from the general public.

HUD Emergency Housing Resources

Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency does not have programming in place to assist individuals and families in immediate need of housing. HUD has compiled a listing of services available in emergency situations.
