Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency Awards $4.6 Million in Affordable Housing Tax Credits
OKLAHOMA CITY - Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency’s Board of Trustees approved at its May meeting reservations of Affordable Housing Tax Credits to build or rehabilitate affordable housing in Oklahoma. OHFA is the state’s tax allocating agency for AHTC.
The following developers received a reservation of tax credits. The amount listed is received each year for the first 10 years of a project’s operating period. For example, a $500,000 reservation results in a total tax credit award of $5 million.
- $750,00 reserved for Silent Harvest Homes, LP for the construction of 40 single-family homes to be known as Silent Harvest Homes in Guthrie.
- $664,617 reserved for Cedar Hollow, LP for the construction of 29 single-family homes to be known as Cedar Hollow in Harrah.
- $459,795 reserved for Heritage Park Homes II, LP for the construction of 22 single-family homes to be known as Heritage Park Homes II in McLoud.
- $690,000 reserved for MRE Muskogee Housing Partners I, LP for the construction of 21 duplexes (42 units) to be known as Timber Creek in Muskogee.
- $750,000 reserved for Cross Creek Landing, LP for the construction of 44 single-family homes to be known as Cross Creek Landing in Oklahoma City.
- $534,315 reserved for Cottage Park Shawnee, LP for the construction of 17 duplexes (34 units) to be known as Cottage Park Shawnee in Shawnee.
- $750,000 reserved for Westpark Phase I, LP for the construction of 128 apartments to be known as West Park Apartments in Tulsa.
