Housing Finance Agency Awards $3.3 Million in Affordable
Housing Tax Credits
OKLAHOMA CITY - Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency’s Board
of Trustees approved at its November meeting
reservations of Affordable Housing Tax Credits to build
or rehabilitate affordable housing in Oklahoma. OHFA is
the state’s tax allocating agency for AHTC.
The
following developers received a reservation of tax
credits. The amount listed is received each year for the
first 10 years of a project’s operating period. For
example, a $500,000 reservation results in a total tax
credit award of $5 million.

$498,563 reserved for Housing Concepts, Inc. for the
construction of 32 apartments to be known as Noble
Heights Apartments in Guthrie.
•
$500,000 reserved for Excel Development Group for the
construction of 30 single-family homes to be known as
CHARMED-Perkins in Perkins.
•
$436,326 reserved for Zimmerman Properties, LLC for the
construction of 40 apartments to be known as Sterling
Park II in Perkins.
•
$359,058 reserved for Wells Building, LP for the
acquisition and rehabilitation
of 32 apartments to be known as Wells Building
Apartments in Sapulpa.
•
$99,992 reserved for Housing Concepts, Inc. for the
acquisition and rehabilitation of 20 apartments to be
known as Columbia Village Apartments in Sayre.
•
$419,909 reserved for Stilwell Housing Partners, LP for
the construction of 25 single-family homes to be known
as Stonebrook Park of Stilwell in Stilwell.
•
$500,000 reserved for Tahlequah Housing Partners, LP for
the construction of 31 single-family homes to be known
as Stonebrook Park of Tahlequah in Tahlequah.
•
$500,000 reserved for Heritage Landing, LP for the
construction of 40 apartments to be known as Heritage
Landing in Tulsa.
•
$50,321 reserved for Velma Village, LP for the
acquisition and rehabilitation of 14 apartments to be
known as Velma Village in Velma.
