Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency's Housing Development Team provides the following programs to meet the need for flexible funding sources in the creation of affordable housing across the state.





Programs
Affordable Housing Tax Credits (AHTC)
HOME Program
Housing Trust Fund (HTF)
Rural Housing Linked Deposit (LD)
Multi-family Bonds (MFB)

The Housing Development Team also provides services to HUD's Section 8 Project based apartment complexes across the state through Project Based Contract Administration (PBCA).
