Richard Lillard was appointed Trustee on November 28, 2001. Mr.
Lillard is a Miami, Oklahoma businessman with over 35 years of
manufacturing ownership and operation experience. Mr. Lillard has
been director and Chairman of the Oklahoma Industrial Finance
Authority and the Oklahoma Development Finance Authority. He also
serves as a member of the National Conference of State Housing
Boards. His term
expires May 1, 2009. |

was appointed Trustee May 1,
2002. Mr. Shockley is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer of BancFirst Corporation. Mr.
Shockley is a Certified Public Accountant and has been engaged in
the banking industry for the past 20 years. He
previously practiced public accounting. He
is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a BBA degree
majoring in Accounting. His term expires May 1, 2007. |

Ganzkow was appointed Trustee on February 8, 2001. Mr. Ganzkow
is Senior Vice President of American Residential Group, Ltd., a
firm primarily involved in the development, acquisition and
property management of class A multifamily communities. Mr.
Ganzkow has 17 years executive management experience in the
commercial real estate financing and investment field. He
graduated with a degree in Business Management from The University
of Tulsa. His term expires May 1, 2006

Marolyn Pryor

Marolyn Pryor was appointed
Trustee in 2003 to serve a term ending May 1, 2008. Ms. Pryor is the
Broker/Owner of Marolyn Pryor Realtors. She has worked in real
estate since 1975. She has obtained academic degrees from
Northeastern Oklahoma A&M, Bachelor of
Arts, 1964; Kansas State University, Bachelor of Science, 1966;
Southwestern State University, Master of Teaching, 1968; Southern
Nazarene University, Certified Teaching Specialist, 1972.

Billy A. Mickle

Billy A. Mickle of Durant was
appointed Trustee in 2005 to serve a term ending May 1, 2010. Mr.
Mickle recently retired after 15 years as an Oklahoma State Senator.
From 1994 until his retirement in November 2002 he served as
Majority Leader of the Oklahoma State Senate. He holds a Juris
Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law and has practiced
for 25 years and is active in land development. |

Bertha Lacy
was appointed as Resident Board Member
of the OHFA Board of Trustees November 2002 and reappointed May 2004. Ms. Lacy has lived in
Oklahoma City since 1940. She worked as a Registered Medical
Assistant until a disability led to her retirement. Ms. Lacy is a
member of OHFA’s Resident Advisory Board
and Evangelistic Baptist Church. She is the mother of five adult
children. Ms. Lacy represents residents and votes on matters
pertaining to rental assistance. She was reappointed in May 2004. |
