Lillard
Chairman |
Richard Lillard was appointed Trustee on November 28, 2001. He
serves as Board Chairman. Mr. Lillard is a Miami, Oklahoma businessman with over 35 years of
manufacturing ownership and operation experience. Mr. Lillard has
been director and Chairman of the Oklahoma Industrial Finance
Authority and the Oklahoma Development Finance Authority. He also
serves as a member of the National Conference of State Housing
Boards. His term
expires May 1, 2009. |

Joe Shockley
Vice-Chairman

Joe Shockley
serves as vice-chairman of OHFA's
Board of Trustees. Mr. Shockley was appointed Trustee May 1,
2002. He is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer of BancFirst Corporation. A Certified Public Accountant,
he has been engaged in
the banking industry for the past 20 years. He
previously practiced public accounting. Mr. Shockley
is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a BBA degree
majoring in Accounting. His term expires May 1, 2012. |

Steve Ganzkow
Secretary/
Treasurer

Steve Ganzkow was appointed Trustee on February 8, 2001
and serves the board as secretary-treasurer. Mr. Ganzkow
is Senior Vice President of American Residential Group, Ltd., a
firm primarily involved in the development, acquisition and
property management of class A multifamily communities. Mr.
Ganzkow has 17 years executive management experience in the
commercial real estate financing and investment field. He
graduated with a degree in Business Management from The University
of Tulsa. His term expires May 1, 2011. |

Marolyn Pryor
Trustee

Marolyn Pryor was appointed
Trustee in 2003 to serve a term ending May 1, 2008. Ms. Pryor is the
Broker/Owner of Marolyn Pryor Realtors. She has worked in real
estate since 1975. She has obtained academic degrees from
Northeastern Oklahoma A&M, Bachelor of
Arts, 1964; Kansas State University, Bachelor of Science, 1966;
Southwestern State University, Master of Teaching, 1968; Southern
Nazarene University, Certified Teaching Specialist, 1972.

Billy Mickle
Trustee
|
Billy A. Mickle of Durant was
appointed Trustee in 2005 to serve a term ending May 1, 2010. Mr.
Mickle recently retired after 15 years as an Oklahoma State Senator.
From 1994 until his retirement in November 2002 he served as
Majority Leader of the Oklahoma State Senate. He holds a Juris
Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law and has practiced
for 25 years and is active in land development. |

Erma Williams
Resident Board Member

Governor Brad
Henry appointed Erma Williams to a one-year term as Resident
Board Member in 2008. An Oklahoma native, Williams lives in Spencer
where she purchased a home through the Section 8 Homeownership Program
and Habitat for Humanity. A retired certified nurse assistant, Williams
is the mother of three daughters and has 13 grandchildren. She enjoys
riding her bicycle every morning.
