Finance Agency Awards $3.9 Million in Housing Tax Credits
OKLAHOMA CITY -
Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency’s Board of Trustees approved at its
November meeting reservations of Affordable Housing Tax Credits to
build or rehabilitate affordable housing in Oklahoma. OHFA is the
state’s tax allocating agency for AHTC.
The following
developers received a reservation of tax credits. The amount listed
is received each year for the first 10 years of a project’s
operating period. For example, a $500,000 reservation results in a
total tax credit award of $5 million.

reserved for Ada Square, LP for the acquisition and rehabilitation
of a 56-unit apartment complex to be known as Ada Square in Ada.

reserved for Wichita Housing Authority, LP #2 for the construction
of 20 duplexes (40 units) to be known as the Iscani Subdivision to
the City of Anadarko Phase II in Anadarko.

$500,000
reserved for Summit Asset Management, LLC for the acquisition and
rehabilitation of a 120-unit apartment complex to be known as
Brookhaven Plaza Apartments in Bartlesville.

$475,060
reserved for Millennium Eufaula, LLC for the construction of a
40-unit apartment complex to be known as Lakehurst Senior Living in
Eufaula.
•
$491,982
reserved for Hickory Ridge McAlester, LLC for the construction of a
32-unit apartment complex to be known as Legends at Hickory Ridge in
McAlester.
•
$500,000
reserved for Summit Asset Management, LLC for the acquisition and
rehabilitation of a 120-unit apartment complex to be known as Park
Place Avenue in McAlester.

$500,000
reserved for Urban League of Greater Oklahoma City, Inc. for the
construction of 18 duplexes (36 units) to be known as Capitol Square
Villas in Oklahoma City.

$237,747
reserved for Excel Development Group, Inc. for the construction of
24 town homes to be known as Parkland Town Homes in Prague.
•
$485,994
reserved for Ozark Ridge Affordable Housing Partners Phase II, LP
for the construction of 32 single-family homes to be known as Ozark
Ridge Phase II in Tahlequah.
