Housing Finance Agency Awards $3.7 Million in Housing Tax
Credits
OKLAHOMA
CITY - Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency’s Board of Trustees
approved at its May meeting reservations of Affordable
Housing Tax Credits to build or rehabilitate affordable
housing in Oklahoma. OHFA is the state’s tax allocating
agency for AHTC.
The
following developers received a reservation of tax credits.
The amount listed is received each year for the first 10
years of a project’s operating period. For example, a
$500,000 reservation results in a total tax credit award of
$5 million.

$376,616 reserved for Strategic Realty Advisors, Inc.
for the acquisition and rehabilitation of a 46-unit
apartment complex to be known as Big Five Ardmore
Apartments in Ardmore.

$270,908 reserved for Arzon Development
Company, LLC for the acquisition and rehabilitation of
a 60-unit apartment complex to be known
as Jefferson Park Apartments in Blackwell.

$451,153 reserved for Belmont Development Company, LLC
for the acquisition and rehabilitation of a 96-unit
apartment complex to be known as Garden Walk of Broken
Bow I & II in Broken Bow.

$500,000 reserved for Durant Housing Partners, LP for
the construction of 37 single-family homes to be known
as Stonebrook Park of Durant in Durant.

$500,000 reserved for Zimmerman Properties, LLC for the
construction of 48-unit apartment complex to be known as
Roosevelt Park in Enid.

$320,820 reserved for Carland Group, LLC for the
construction of 17 duplexes (34 units) to be known as
Cottage Park - Guthrie in Guthrie.

$495,832 reserved for Carland Group, LLC for the
construction of 21 duplexes (42 units) to be known as
Cottage Park – Midwest City in Midwest City.

$476,526 reserved for Volunteers of America National
Services for the acquisition and rehabilitation of a
101-unit apartment building to be known as Southwoods
Apartments in Oklahoma City.

$271,679 reserved for Belmont Development Company, LLC
for the acquisition and rehabilitation of a 56-unit
apartment complex to be known as Cross Creek I & II in
Oologah.

$54,835 reserved for Arzon Development Company, LLC for
the acquisition and rehabilitation of 24-unit apartment
complex to be known as Stroud Senior Village in Stroud.
