issues as they relate to individual applications. Applicants should
thoroughly read all the information on the website before requesting
a technical assistance session.
Applicants
seeking technical assistance regarding affordable housing
development are encouraged to make formal, written requests for
technical assistance
citing the specific topics of interest. Upon receipt of written
requests for technical assistance, staff will contact applicants to
establish a mutually agreeable date and time for technical
assistance meetings that will include all relevant parties to the
application. “Drop-in” technical assistance
sessions are strongly discouraged.
