Housing Resource Guide

The Oklahoma Housing Resource Guide provides a synopsis of the major federal, state, and private sector housing resources available in the state of Oklahoma. Eleven (11) program categories divide the Guide and represent the types of funding available. Each category has listings of applicable programs with a brief description of the particular program. For each resource listed, readers find information regarding eligibility, benefits, program description, and contacts. If applicable, contacts are given for federal and local or main and satellite offices.

The first tool available to the reader is Category Descriptions. This is an overview of the eleven (11) categories in the Guide. Next, the reader finds a Glossary of Terms used in the Guide. At the end of the Guide is the Index of Programs with page numbers referenced and the Housing Resource Matrix which provides a listing of administering agencies cross-referenced by categories with page numbers. Next is the Change Form. Please use this form for changes to the Guide. We encourage additions, corrections, questions, and comments related to the Oklahoma Housing Resource Guide. It is necessary to view each project and potential funding sources independently and on a case-by-case basis. The Guide is current as of October, 1998. The eligibility, application deadlines, and requirements specific to each program are subject to change. Specific questions regarding particular programs should be directed to the contacts provided.
