OHFA provides funding sources for all types of affordable housing across the state. Housing Development Programs include:
- Affordable Housing Tax Credits (AHTC)
- Home Investment Partnerships Program (HOME)
- American Recovery & Reinvestment Act (ARRA)
- Housing Trust Fund (HTF)
- Rural Housing Linked Deposit (LD)
- Multi-Family Bonds (MFB)
OHFA also administers the Housing Pilot Program, which assists homeless families, Housing Opportunities for People with AIDS (HOPWA) and Project-Based Contract Administration (PBCA).
