Rental Assistance Specialist- Responsibilities include
reviewing applications and contracts and calculating housing
assistance payments for the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher
Program. Candidate must have excellent communication skills and
possess the ability to interpret and consistently apply regulations,
policies and procedures set forth by OHFA and/or the Department of
Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Position is based out of
Oklahoma City. The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s
Degree and two years related experience and/or training; or six
years equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certification in Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Occupancy and
Rent Calculation is required within 6 months of hire.

salary is $2650.00/month with excellent benefits. An application
